Florida Community Development Corporation was established in 2015 to foster, provide, and maintain housing services and social services to very-low, low, and moderate income individuals and families and furtherance thereof the Corporation may carry out specific activities, including without limitation:

The organization specializes in assisting and partnering with developers, municipalities, communities, and non-profit organizations seeking to improve housing and economic conditions within their communities. The goal is always to offer high quality professional services and enable localities and resident organizations to take advantage of federal, state, local, and foundation resources as they address housing and economic development issues.

The team members of the Florida Community Development Corporation (FCDC) are responsible for the acquisition, development, construction, and operation of housing for low-to-moderate-income families throughout the State of Florida. With each member having a personal mission and passion to improve the lives of people living on the margins of society. In our attempts to do so, we’ve created several initiatives targeted to assist the lives of our constituents and bring about a fuller, more equitable quality of life.
